Reflecting rich cultural and philosophical influences from different periods and regions, at Art Reflection we have extensive experience of Custom Framing these impressive pieces from the East. Careful consideration is taken with the material of each piece including: silk, rice paper, washi paper, scrolls and canvas as these require special handling to prevent damage and ensure the artworks long-term preservation. We use acid-free, conservation matboards, creating a visual space between the artwork and the frames glass and to protect that artwork from touching the glass. We offer UV-filtering, anti-reflective glass to provide a clearer view of the artwork so you can appreciate the subtle details and intricate brushwork.
