Print Information

Printed and framed locally here in Australia on heavyweight matte 230gsm fine art photo paper using all pigment archival inks. All our artworks are made-to-order specifically for you.

All prints come with a 5cm white border (this is a part of the print and not a matt board) to beautifully frame the design and add a stylistic space between the print and frame. The sizes depicted are indicative of the overall size of the finished framed product. The size you choose will be the ‘outside to outside’ size of the frame. With the 5cm white border this means that the print will be smaller to accommodate the border and frame.

For example; choosing a frame size of 60cm x 90cm will mean a print size of 46cm x 76cm as we have to accommodate the 5cm border on all sides and the 2cm wide face profile.

Framing Information

The 4 frames available are: matte black, matte white, champagne silver and champagne gold. All our frames are sustainably sourced plantation timber.

-Small to medium framed artworks up to and including 60cm x 90cm frames will have a 2cm wide face profile and 2cm depth side profile.

-Large to extra large framed artworks 70cm x 100cm and above: frames will have a 4cm wide face profile and 2cm depth side profile.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our craftsmanship and use only the best materials for every stage of the production process. Our made-to-order framed artworks are handled and produced by our master framers here in Sydney.

All our artworks feature professional framing acrylic (not glass) despite being more expensive than glass, we’ve chosen to frame with acrylic as it offers crystal clear protection of your art and ensures a shatterproof transit to your home. All prints are vacuum sealed down onto 3mm MDF for rigidity and added stability.

All of our framed artworks come fully finished and sealed with backing tape to keep the dust out and with hanging wire and secure metal D-rings on the back. This means your framed print comes ready-to-hang upon delivery!

Shipping

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse between 5-7 business days.

OYou will receive a tracking order via email once your item has been dispatched. Depending on your location, under normal circumstances your order will arrive within 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch for metro areas and longer for rural.

Delivery time frame:

Sydney metro: 7-10 business days

Interstate: 10-14 business days

Pick-up in store is also available. We will email you when your order is ready and you can collect it from our main store at 526-528 Military Rd, Mosman, 2088 between our business hours. You can call before arrival to organise a time that suits you and we will bring it to your car. We have plenty of street parking directly outside our store and additional private parking at the back of our premises.

You will receive a shipping email with tracking information when your order is dispatched. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left with instructions for re-delivery.

The above times are a guide only and not a guarantee your order will arrive within a set time frame. During peak delivery times (Nov- Dec) or due to unforeseen circumstances there may be delays with shipping providers.

Returns and Exchanges

Please choose carefully, as unfortunately due to the fragile and custom made nature of our product(s), we do not offer refunds / returns or exchanges based on change of mind, wrong decisions or incorrect choice.

Art Reflection takes special care in the packaging of all artworks in order to ensure a safe transit from us to you, however in the unfortunate circumstances where an item arrives faulty or broken, please notify us immediately and once reviewed (we will require photos of packaging and product) we will arrange a replacement or repair for you.
